The Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week gets even more exciting on day 3 as Iconic Invanity opens the show and Mai Atafo closes with a perfect presentation.

Iconic Invanity showcased colourful flirty, playful pieces featuring onesies, co-ord sets, aso oke patchwork and more chic looks.

Meena followed with classic pieces from their Spring/Summer 2016 looks with tassels forming a timeless detail on their designs.

Fashion Focus finalists, Red Knight showed off sartorial menswear style playing with damask fabrics,

Wuman also joined the Fashion Focus finalist showcase with unique presentations.

Deji Eniola also showed stunning styles from his collection.

Another finalist Nuraniya presented chic and timeless looks featuring denim in playful unique styles.

Remi Smith showed colour block detailed looks with Mcmeka menwear brand showing a well put together collection for the men and ladies. Dzyn, Laurence Airline, Titi Bello, Kelechi Odu, Toju Foye all showed amazing looks

Terhemba Nom Ambe-Uva National Open University of Nigeria Abstract Universities have come under serious attack because of their lackluster response to HIV/AIDS. This article examines the response of National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and its strategic responses in combating HIV/AIDS epidemic. This is achieved by examining NOUN’s basic structures that position the University to respond to the epidemic; and second, by assessing HIV/AIDS strategies and policy framework the University has put in place. An interpretative epistemological stance was used for this study, and a qualitative research involving focus group discussion (FGD) and analysis of secondary data was carried out. Results showed that NOUN has identified the impact the epidemic has on the university, although it has yet to institutionalize an HIV/AIDS policy.
