Kanye West Begs Mark Zuckerberg For $1 Billion In Shocking Twitter Rant: ‘Help Me’

 

He’s at it again! After shockingly revealing he’s millions of dollars in debt, Kanye West went on another Twitter rant in the middle of the night on Feb. 14, and asked for a MAJOR loan from Mark Zuckerberg. Check out the series of tweets of him literally BEGGING Mark to donate to his cause — it’s crazy!

Is Kanye West, 38, serious right now?! The rapper is having quite the successful year so far, but it’s not enough. He wants to build his empire even bigger, but, he claims, he doesn’t have anywhere near the funding he thinks he needs to do it — so he’s turning to billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, 31, for some help. But you won’t believe the wild amount of money he’s asking for!

This article examines the response of National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and its strategic responses in combating HIV/AIDS epidemic. This is achieved by examining NOUN’s basic structures that position the University to respond to the epidemic; and second, by assessing HIV/AIDS strategies and policy framework the University has put in place.
