We see London, we see France, we see Kylie Jenner’s underpants! While out in New York City on Feb. 9, the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star suffered a very unfortunate wardrobe malfunction when her suede minidress flew open in the front, exposing her underwear to the world. See the pic!

It may be a cool 37 degrees in New York City today, Feb. 9, but that didn’t stop Kylie Jenner from going out without any pants on. Instead, the 18-year-old reality star opted for a suede minidress and knee-high boots, but she might soon regret her fashion choice, as she suffered a very unfortunate wardrobe malfunction while exiting her super posh ride.

That’s right. The front of Kylie’s minidress was unbuttoned enough on the bottom that one side blew open when she walked away from the vehicle she exited and as a result, her underwear became exposed to the world. Whoops! If she didn’t feel the cool air before, we’re sure she felt it during that embarrassing moment

Cash-strapped National Assembly has resorted to bank facilities to pay its staff their monthly salaries and allowances.But the facilities do not include the controversial running cost paid to lawmakers, as well as the salaries and allowances for their aides. About N4.5 billion is spent on the running cost of lawmakers in the two houses of the National Assembly. The sum of N13.5 million is paid to each senator while a member of the House of Representatives gets a little above half of this. The balance is paid out to legislative aides. In anger last week, legislative aides rose in protest against the non-payment of their salaries and allowances.
