The other side is coming, folks. A new report reveals that Jay Z is currently working on his next album, which will be a response to Beyonce’s ‘Lemonade’ — WHOA.

Jay Z, 46, and Beyonce, 34, will definitely be laughing all the way to their bank accounts if this latest report proves true. Apparently, Hova is working on an album just like Lemonade, except from his very own perspective.


This is really, really exciting news… especially for music fans. Jay Z could be preparing to tell his side of the story in the Lemonade saga, with brand new music  in response to his wife, Beyonce’s, visual album. On top of that, this would be Jay Z’s first album in over three years, as his last studio album, Magna Carter Holy Grail, was released in 2013.
“Jay is working on an album telling his side of things,” a source shared with Us Weekly inside their May 16 issue. This is huge news, because there has been non-stop speculation about Beyonce and Jay Z’s marriage since Lemonade was released. Plus, will Jay give a shout out to “Becky” and her “good hair”? The opportunities here are endless!
For now, it’s unclear what the status of Jay Z’s alleged new album is, nor is there a release date to report. Jay has plenty of time to work on the album as he travels with Beyonce during her Formation World Tour, and if he’s learned anything from his wife it’s that you don’t exactly need to announce an album before unleashing it on the world.

Cash-strapped National Assembly has resorted to bank facilities to pay its staff their monthly salaries and allowances.But the facilities do not include the controversial running cost paid to lawmakers, as well as the salaries and allowances for their aides. About N4.5 billion is spent on the running cost of lawmakers in the two houses of the National Assembly. The sum of N13.5 million is paid to each senator while a member of the House of Representatives gets a little above half of this. The balance is paid out to legislative aides. In anger last week, legislative aides rose in protest against the non-payment of their salaries and allowances.
